软硬交互地层盾构隧道差异沉降注浆抬升效果研究

    Grouting lifting effect of shield tunnel differential settlement in soft-hard interbedded strata

    • 摘要: 以北京某运营期盾构地铁隧道差异沉降治理工程为例,为探究洞内注浆对粉黏-砂土软硬交互地层差异沉降抬升作用及管片变形规律,确保施工期间结构的安全,对施工前后病害区间的道床结构竖向变形及张开量进行监测。通过对各项数据规律性分析,研究了不同注浆位置对管片变形和隧道结构整体抬升的影响规律。结果表明:拱腰注浆相对于拱底注浆对结构影响更为显著;拱底注浆阶段浆液在隧道底部形成持力层,拱腰注浆对结构产生抬升作用。最后,总结了软硬交互地层中注浆抬升机理,提出了施工监测指标并为后续治理方案提供了指导性建议。

       

      Abstract: A differential settlement control project of an operational shield subway tunnel in Beijing is taken as an example. In order to explore the differential settlement lifting effect of grouting in the tunnel on the soft and hard interbedded strata of silty clay-sandy soil and the deformation law of segments, and to ensure the safety of the structure during construction, the vertical deformations and opening displacements of the track bed structure in the diseased interval before and after construction are monitored. Through the analysis of the regularity of the data, the influence of different grouting positions on the deformation of the segment and the overall uplift of the tunnel structure is studied. The results show that the influence of arch waist grouting on the structure is more significant than that of arch bottom grouting. In the arch bottom grouting stage, the slurry forms a bearing layer at the bottom of the tunnel, and the arch waist grouting has a lifting effect on the structure. Finally, the grouting uplift mechanism in the soft-hard interbedded strata is summarized, the construction monitoring indicators are proposed, and the guiding suggestions for the follow-up treatment plan are provided.
