Numerical analysis of 200000-tonnage sheet-pile wharf with relieving platform

摘要: 京唐港#36泊位为20万吨级通用散货泊位,采用卸荷式板桩码头结构型式,这是世界上迄今为止设计最大的板桩码头。对于卸荷式深水板桩结构,原有的规范已不再适用,给结构设计带来了一定的困难。基于ABAQUS有限元平台,利用开发的土和结构相互作用软件,对该20万吨级板桩码头初步设计方案进行了三维数值模拟,研究了卸荷式板桩结构的卸荷机理和土与结构的相互作用规律,得到了码头结构的内力和变形等关键设计参数,揭示了码头前墙上的土压力随墙体变形的变化规律,为结构的设计和优化提供了技术支撑。Abstract: No. 36 Berth of Jingtang Port, a 200000-tonnage general bulk cargo berth, adopts the structure of sheet-pile wharf with relieving platform. It is currently the largest sheet-pile wharf in the world. For the deep-water sheet-pile structure with relieving platform, the existing design codes and specifications are not practical, leading to difficulties in structural design and optimization to a certain extent. The design schemes for the 200000-tonnage sheet-pile wharf are numerically simulated by means of the compiled program for the soil-structure interaction based on the finite element software ABAQUS. The relieving mechanism of the sheet-pile structure and the rules of soil-structure interaction are studied. The key design parameters of the sheet-pile structure such as internal force and deformation are yielded. The variation of the earth pressure on the front pile wall with the deformation of the wall is revealed so as to provide technical support for the structural design and optimization of the sheet-pile wharf.
