    Elastoplastic Modelling for Cyclic Stress Strain Behaviour of 1Saturated Sands

    • Based on the concept of anisotropic kinematic hardening modulus field the prasent paper explores thedynamic elastoplastic stress strain model which daseribes several fundamental propertieS of saturated sands suhbjectedto a cyclic loading,The proposed model is verified with the experimental results of cyclic torsional shear tests forFujian saturated sands,In addition,this paper analysas the dynamic response of a horizontal soil layer subjected toan excitation of base acceleration. Preliminary results show that the dynamic elastoplastic model proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible,and can be applied in the practical engineering.
