    • In this paper Kottter′s equation of plastic stress fidld and its characteristics have been derivedand expounded for the anisotropic granular mass by means of the theoretical expression for the rule ofstrength-anisotropy for granular material,suggested by the author before. Moreovethis result can beexpressed in a general form independent of the assumed strength parameter ,and it also has beenso set that,in case of necessity,the effect of horizontai earthquake force can be considered by thepseudo-static method.
