By the method of mixed penalty function algorithm (SUMT) and DFP scale transformation, optimized selection of parameters for shotcrete-anchor support was described and discussed. A computer program was also given by use of FORTRAN77. Finally, Two case histories which were illustrated the application of this procedure to solving actual engineering problems were included.
