  • China is a country full of mountains. Recently, with the increase of human activities, slope problems have become more and more serious. The anti-slope pile is the most popular way to cope with slope problems, but the design and theory are not mature. Lot of problems based on assumptions and the outcomes are very conservative. Based on the numerical simulation with FLAC3D , and a new way is proposed to design anti-slide piles. Numerical simulation can well perform the simulation of slope moving and the load on piles, and it can give a more reasonable design. The proposed method can improve the design from artificial calculation to computer simulation and break the traditional design system based on the assumptions. It is useful for the pile design and construction and has reference value for the researches on anti-slide piles.
