Experimental study on application of PHC piles in paleo-clay area

With regard to the application of PHC piles in paleo-clay area, the bearing behavior and mechanism, numerical calculation and practical proof of squeezing effect, experiment and finite element analysis of core concrete and connection of welding seam of PHC pile are carried out . Satisfactory technical parameters are obtained for the PHC piles in paleo-clay area. It provides more scientific and theoretical basis for the tests on the application of PHC pile in paleo-clay area.
