Ground differences in engineering properties between northern side and southern side and poor quality of construction are the main reasons to make the dwelling house incline.Accordingly,the following countermeasures were put forwards: to restrain settlement and stabilizate the ground with quick settlement,to reduce stress in depths and make depression by loading with regard to the ground with slow settlement,to stabilize the whole ground when settlement differences conform to the standard.Construction was thus divided into 6 stages: restrains and makes settlement,tiny adjustment,stabilization,etc.Practices show that the present process is effective.
