    3D visual modeling technique of folded rock-mass and its engineering application

    • The characteristics of nonmonodromy of folded surface has brought great difficulties for 3D modeling of folded rockmass. According to the geometrical characteristics of folded rockmass, a suitable spatial data model is put forward for folded rockmass, and the corresponding data structure is built. Based on these, section modeling technique and visual modeling system are developed. Using this modeling system, 3D visual modeling of north slope in Fushun west openpit is built.
