    The application of the connecting pipe technique in vertical static load test of single pile

      Abstract
    • The limitation of the reference beam in vertical static load test of single pile is explained in this paper. Then the application principle and the merits of the connecting pipe technique in this test are pointed out, and explained on the basis of an example with contrast tests.
