Feasibility decision of construction of road tunnels in mine area

In this article,the formula of the additional secondary stress in the surrounding rock of the tunnel is obtained on the basis of the influence of mining induced rock deformation on the road tunnel near the surface.The disturbance caused by the tunnel excavation in the layer now stable but affected by mining before and the related reaction are studied.The feasibility decision of the construction of the road tunnel is conducted, with two successful examples given.
