  • Based on the theory of elastic wave in saturated soils estabblished by the fundamental equaations of Rayleigh wave in a saturated soil ground are derived herem.Analysis shows that the calssical theory for a singl-phased elastic soild could be used for calculation of the propagation velocity fo Rayleigh wave in a saturated soil ground at low frequency and/or permeability,which is almost not influenced by the second P-wave in the saturated soil.
