Floatation-resistant stability of open excavation tunnels in offshore shallow stratum

  • According to the characteristics of the key project, Gongbei tunnel of Zhuhai connecting line of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, a three-dimensional numerical model is established. The working mechanism of uplift piles is simulated for the shallow part of open excavation ditch considering the interaction between the piles and the soils. The characteristics of deformation and stress of the uplift piles are analyzed according to different parameters and concepts. Some conclusions are drawn.
