In coordination with the construction of 26 3km long tidal levee of Dawa delta, a new winter construction method for high water content seabeach soil is put forward. The method is based on investigation, laboratory and field tests, analysis of construction data, field observation and quality control data, as well as the consolidation theory, etc.
