  • The pre-bored grouted planted (PGP) pile is a type of green and environmentally friendly pre-bored pile, which has been successfully applied in soft soil areas in East China. However, the selection of pile diameter is different when calculating side resistance in different pre-bored pile specifications. Meanwhile, the standard value of peak skin friction and unit tip resistance are mainly referring to the parameters of PHC pile, and the research on correction coefficient is very limited. Based on the load transfer mechanism of PGP pile,, this paper analyzed the value standard of pile diameter when calculating the skin friction according to 6 groups of PGP pile test results. Then, by comparing the bearing capacity of PGP pile with bored pile, the corrected coefficient of skin friction of PGP pile was calculated in different soil layers. In addition, based on 33 groups of PGP pile test results, the tip bearing capacity correction coefficient of the enlarged base of PGP pile was also calculated. Finally,, the rationality of the proposed method and the correction coefficient for calculating the compressive capacity of PGP pile was verified through 30 groups of PGP pile field test data.
