Vertical adjustment method for soldier piles in top-down projects

  • 摘要: 逆作法施工中,立柱由于需承受较大的竖向荷载,设计施工中需严格控制立柱的垂直度。本文总结了目前常用的立柱垂直度控制方法,并对各方法的适用性及优缺点进行了分析。同时,结合南京某逆作法工程,提出了一套钢管立柱垂直度质量控制体系,对今后逆作法的施工,有一定的指导意义。
    Abstract: In top-down projects, due to the need to bear large vertical loads, the design and construction of soldier piles should strictly control their vertical degrees. The most commonly used column verticality control methods are reviewed, and their applicabilities, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. At the same time, combined with a top-down project in Nanjing, the quality control system of steel pipe soldier piles is proposed. It will have guiding significance for the future construction of top-down projects.
