Practical research on detecting cracks in pipe piles using stress wave method

  • 摘要: 裂缝是预应力管桩施工中的常见问题,通过对管桩施加作用力使管桩出现裂缝,采用应力波法检测不同裂缝状态管桩的完整性,并进行比较分析,证实了利用应力波法检测管桩的裂缝问题是可行的,试验中,应力波法能识别很小的裂缝(宽度为 0.10 mm )。工程实例也说明采用应力波法检测管桩裂缝问题是有效的。
    Abstract: T he force e xert ed on the p ip e pile and cracks appear. T he integrity of the p ip e pile in different crack stat e s is tested using t he stress wave method , and then a c omparative analysis is made in this paper. The experimental results indicate that s tress wave method is a feasible approach to detect crack s in p ip e pile. Stress wave method can identify small cracks ( Width of 0.10 mm ) in the experiment . Engineering examples show that the stresswave method is effective on the d etection of c rack in p ip e pile.
