Values of side and tip resistances of piles in Shanghai area

  • 摘要: 上海市工程建设规范《地基基础设计规范》( DGJ08 — 11 — 1999 )中预制桩、灌注桩极限桩侧摩阻力标准值与极限端阻力标准值的取值完全引用上海 89 版规范。但自 20 世纪 90 年代以来,桩基工程在上海地区得到了迅猛的发展,工程实践中桩基载荷试验值与 99 版规范计算值差异较大的情况时有发生,因此结合近年来的工程实测资料对 99 版规范桩基承载力取值进行研究具有重要的工程意义。为此收集了 17 个工程共计 50 根 桩身大部分位于淤泥质土中且桩端支承于第 = 5 \* GB3 ⑤ 层相对较软土层的预制桩 和 22 个工程共计 66 根分别以⑦,⑧,和⑨ 3 层土为持力层的钻孔灌注桩的实测资料,对 99 版规范桩基承载力取值进行了研究。首先,采用统计分析和有限元数值分析两种方法对收集样本进行了分析,以综合确定预制桩和灌注桩的桩端阻力和桩侧摩阻力取值。其次,按照调整后的承载力取值,对各统计样本进行了回代计算,通过比较表明依据调整后的承载力取值的计算结果具有较高的保证率。
    Abstract: The values of side and tip resistances of precast and cast-in-place piles of Shanghai 1999 foundation design code (Code-99) completely follow the values of Code-89. However, since the 1990s, pile engineering has had a rapid development in Shanghai area. Many practical projects show that the measured results of the ultimate bearing capacity are different from the computed results by Code-99. So, it is necessary and meaningful to study the values of the side and tip resistances of piles in Shanghai area based on the measured samples. The collected samples contain 50 precast piles from 17 projects, which are mostly located in soft soil and take the layer = 5 \* GB3 ⑤ as the bearing stratum, and 66 cast-in-place piles from 22 projects, which take the layers ⑦, ⑧ and ⑨ as the bearing strata. Firstly, the method of statistical analysis and the finite element method are used to determine the values of side and tip resistances. Secondly, according to the determined values, all samples are back substituted, and the comparisons between the results of the back substitution and the measured results show that the amendment values are reasonable.
